Have bought new pinball machines from them, lots of parts over the years and used them for board repairs,. They have always provided a fast efficient quality service at a great price. Have used them for 20 years without any issues.

I Bought a Foo Fighters Pro (my first ever pin) from Pinball heaven.  Service was great, from answering my (probably) stupid newbie questions at the start through the communication on order progress and delivery.  All done easily, flexibly and exactly when I was told it was gonna happen. I will 100% use again.

Un producto con unas terminaciones geniales y un acabado profesional. Las sensaciones son increíbles, y el sistema funciona a las mil maravillas. Diversión asegurada.

Por otro lado, la información y seguimiento ofrecido por parte del personal de Games United ha sido de gran ayuda, tanto para orientarme en la compra, como realizando un asesoramiento a posteriori para no tener ningún problema con la máquina. No puedo por menos que estarles muy agradecido.

Vandaag bezorgd en ondanks dat de bezorger nog naar Friesland moest, nam hij alle tijd om vanalles uit te leggen. Jammer dat ik nu moet werken,  vanavond weer lekker verder spelen op mijn nieuwe Stern Jurassic Park

Uitstekende service. Ik vond het best moeilijk om een kast uit te kiezen en Sorel bleef geduldig. Uiteindelijk Jurassic Park Premium aangeschaft. Bovendien hielp Sorel mij met mijn gerestaureerde Medieval Madness met een paar problemen waar ik zelf niet uit kwam.

J’ai longtemps hésité entre un vrai Flipp et un Pincab, donc j’ai téléphoné à Games United qui m’a été d’un très bon conseil. Le Pincab est comme un vrai Flipp avec les mêmes sensations, on entend la bille rouler sur le plateau, les toys fonctionnent comme un vrai et toutes les options que vous pouvez choisir sur le site sont top. Et bien sûr je n’oublie pas Sorel pour la borne arcade dont le service est exactement pareil, au top. Je les recommande vivement !!!! Je suis ultra satisfait de mes achats !! Merci encore à Games United et Sorel.

I purchased a JJP Harry Potter (Wizard Edition) from Pinball Games United, and it was delivered and tested to my full satisfaction. The cabinet is tested by PP beforehand and then delivered in good condition. They even called to ask if I wanted the box, but I didn’t feel the need for that. I’ve had it for just three weeks and haven’t had any problems to date, so no after-sales service has been needed. So, 5 stars for now. It’s also nice that the cabinet comes with a set of English keys and a cleaning kit.

Nous possédons une salle d’arcade (Gate Ninety World) avec flippers de chez HVP.

Nous avons acheté 8  flippers chez Pinball Games United (neufs et occasions) ainsi que 2 flippers en location. Et le service est vraiment un service 5* que cela soit la livraison, l’entretien et l’installation tout est parfait du début à la fin. La communication, le savoir-faire et le faire-savoir sont les points forts.

On recommande à 1000%. C’est rare de rencontrer des pros aussi pros 🙂

I have already bought several pinball machines from Pinball Games United. I have always been treated very politely and received honest advice. It is also very nice that you can always test a machine first before deciding to purchase it. Highly recommended if you are considering buying a pinball machine.

I purchased an Adamms Family machine from Pinball Pleasure in the late 90’s and Erik has kept it running like a dream.  Amazingly knowledgeable and gives good advice to reduce potential issues

Had a 1970’s pinball machine bought for me by my partner for my 60th. Unfortunately there were issues with it. Contacted Sorel and Lena and they were on to things straight away. Their colleague came down to look at the machine in good time and we now have a fantastic addition to our home. Thanks guys.

Mijn volgende flipperkast haal ik zeker weer bij Games United.

Had a brilliant time at Pinball Games United. The machine lineup is excellent — really well-maintained, playing fast and clean, and a great mix of modern and classics. You can tell they genuinely care about keeping everything in top condition.

The staff are just as good as the machines — friendly, welcoming, and happy to chat without being overbearing. It’s got a relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer than you planned.

If you’re into pinball, this place is absolutely worth a visit. I’ll definitely be back.

Sa fait 2 ans que je suis proprio d’un magnifique pincab toutes options et Sorel toujours à l’écoute avec un sav irréprochable et attentionné , patient car je devais changer une pile planqué par ses soins mdr.

Les yeux fermés je recommande par leur travaille soigné et un sav présent et fiable . Très compliqué aujourd’hui de trouver des artisans de la sorte.

Recientemente gané un sorteo de una máquina arcade que actualmente ya tengo instalada en mi cuarto como se puede ver en las fotos y he jugado con mis hermanos, recordando nuestra infancia con los diversos juegos que incluye. Mi total agradecimiento a la gestión de Pinball Games United con todo el proceso de la máquina arcade. Todo el trámite y gestión, información, disponibilidad para solucionar cualquier duda, conversación muy transparente, sencilla y directa. Prácticamente un lunes completamos los pasos para proceder al envío y el viernes de la misma semana me llegó la máquina arcade, me facilitaron toda la documentación y las instrucciones vía WhatsApp a través de un PDF. Mejor trato no he podido tener, muchísimas gracias por el sorteo, la gestión y la atención recibida Sobre todo, por la confianza y transparencia

A fantastic venue for modern and classic pinball machines alike. Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming and its great value playing all machines for a single entry fee. Can’t wait to go again!
